The following refund policy applies ONLY to Fun With Chords Online membership, Piano Keys with Ease, & The Intuitive Piano for Anyone Method - Introductory Course.

This refund policy does NOT apply to any coaching groups, webinars or 1-1 sessions or any other products.

How the Refund policy works

When Listed as 7 Days or less

We offer a full 7 day money back guarantee, starting on the date you become a fully paid member (the date you paid the membership fee) or Paid for a course, whichever applies. No refunds are given on monthly payments after the first 7 days. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy then simply email us at support@funwithchords.com and we will issue you a refund, no questions asked.

When Listed as 30 Days or less

We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee, starting on the date you become a fully paid member (the date you paid the membership fee) or Paid for a course, whichever applies. No refunds are given on monthly payments after the first 30 days. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy then simply email us at support@funwithchords.com and we will issue you a refund, no questions asked.

After The Numbered Refund Days

Any Late refund requests, requests made AFTER the Refund period, will not be issued as you have gone beyond our refund period.

For Annual Memberships of Fun With Chords refund period only applies to first billing and NOT the annual rebilling.

Agreement upon purchase

Monthly Membership/Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel membership at any time, If you cancel before the first 30 day period you will be refunded your first monthly payment. After the first 30 day period cancellation will stop the subscription and future payments will stop. Your membership will stop at the end of the period that your cancellation was requested.
